Lucy’s career as an Acrobatic Gymnast led her to become a coach and has been in the profession for over 10 years, witnessing a huge variety of injuries, and suffering from many herself.

Seeing the lack of coach education on injury rehabilitation and reducing initial injury risk, she undertook a degree in Sports Therapy, learning the ins and outs of diagnosis, treatment, rehab, and prevention of musculoskeletal injuries.

Lucy now utilises her skills with a variety of athletes, from gymnasts, performing artists and hand balancers to stunt performers and martial artists. She strongly believes that recovery is just as important as training!
