Sam

Sam has a passion for all things sport related, competing for various different teams on his journey. Most recently Sam was a part of his University’s Futsal 1st team which helped him discover his love for sports massage by showing him the importance of recovery among individuals.

Whilst at the University of Portsmouth Sam achieved a 1st Class Honours Degree in Sport and Exercise Science providing him with an in-depth understanding of the body’s biomechanics. Alongside his degree, Sam recently completed his Level 3 Sports Massage training; practical experience that enables Sam to effectively aid his client’s recovery through massage.
