Since the age of 18 I have been very passionate about fitness, anatomy, and physiology. I am a fully qualified PT and Sports Massage Therapist and genuinely enjoy helping others reach goals and change their lives for the better.

My passions lie is Martial Arts and Weight training, so I fully understand the importance of looking after the body and its benefits.
